Always professional greeting with the man that checks our bags and tells us which theater to go to. Never a problem with our food order and the theaters and bathrooms are generally pretty clean.
I'm very surprised and happy in how Casa Blanca and specifically Zachary Rhiger takes issues brought to attention seriously. Knowing the specific seats will be taken care of I am happy to return to Casa Blanca sooner and more often as anticipated.

Everything was outstanding... once I overcame the disaster that is the ticket purchasing process of the web site.
Although it's been awhile, I have been registered on the web site for several years. this was I've used the site just once since pre-pandemic and all went smoothly. It seems that the site underwent a major "upgrade" recently and it would not accept my order. my existing password- which is linked to my email in my Apple 'keychain" password management system, was rejected (don't know why) and your web site then asked me to reset the password by first providing my email address and the email password. Like everything else associated with passwords, email is managed by the Keychain (so I do not remember why gmail password - embarrassing, but in a world where every site requires a password, I simply cannot remember them all) faced with the dilemma of resetting a new password for my email NOT acceptable because email + password is a key data link in virtually all other web site validations,I quit the Sntikos system and walked into the theatre and purchased in advance at the counter.
I'm a rabid Santikos fan and the theatre is close to home so I'll continue to be a customer, but I'm intensely dissatisfied. There has got to be a better way to manage the purchasing system without running customers through the wringer like present system.
Rue was a wonderful hostess. She was so helpful and attentive during the party. The theater was clean and ready for us when we arrived. They were able to accommodate additional attendees and pizzas. The pizza was good and the kids loved the soda machines and ability to get their own popcorn. It was a great birthday experience!

We love the reclining seats. We are a little bit disappointed that we can't seem to get any discount on concessions through signing up?
I love the seats! However, the online ticketing systems needs to be revised. It has not worked properly since the management changed.
Easy online booking experience. Comfortable establishment close to home.
In a great location, has lots of movie options and times, workers are friendly and theatre is nice. My only issue/suggestion is some of the seats are pilling or do not work.
