My wife and took a break from our routine to catch a movie during the week. We always choose Santikos because of their commitment to giving back to the community. As usual, the theater was spotless and everyone was attentive.
I was in charge of buying the tickets. Turns out I bought the wrong ones. We didn't realize my error until we watched about 5 minutes of the movie. Even though it was my error, the manager on duty exchanged our tickets to the correct movie gladly.
I love going to the movies and it will always be Santikos.

We have the opportunity to regularly attend the cinema and we have always invariably had a very satisfactory experience, both in quality and image, in exceptional sound, in cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, and in the cafeteria, the only bad thing about you are the nachos, they are terrible, it is the only thing I would suggest you change, the service of your staff is excellent too, thank you.

My friend and I enjoy Casablanca theater. We're greeted at the ticket counter. It's an OG thing purchasing our tickets from a person instead of a monitor. We try to attend at least once a week. We take advantage of military day and 5.00 Tuesday.

Prices are great, special discounts for 1st responders and military, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, all areas are kept up/clean.

I love the theater! It has upgraded for the better! The app is amazing and the food/drinks taste great! I love that the alcohol bar was added! Love, love , love!!
Once we got to the theater, we were in and seated in no time.
I liked the fact that I could purchase me tickets online and once I got to the theater I didn't have to stand in line. I was able to go right into the lobby and use the kiosk and get my tickets.
