Do not like paying a convenience fee as a rewards member. There were no other seats reserved for our show (empty) and this is a charge not incurred at the ticket window. Would like this policy revisited.
The day we went to watch Ellio there was no one in the theater besides our people. It can be very personable at times, and we love that. My son is autistic so the many people and loud sounds can overwhelm him. So it’s nice I can look online to see which showtime hardly has anybody reserved a seat! Thank you all for being so nice cibolo santiko fam and making our experience always 10/10

Very comfortable seats that recline but my husband's seat was stuck on full reclining and would not change.. The picture and sound was excellent.
Had a great time, invited friends and family to come and share the joy. I go on Tuesdays because it makes it affordable for my budget.

Everyone was nice helping with food and tickets a lot of space inside theater.
We took a large college student group (20). The manager was so helpful with our advance ticket purchase and snacks purchase on the day of the movie. The theater was well-staffed for a day that included $4.99 tickets and the TPR Tuesday evening movie. We had a great time.
Our family loves how we can self serve our refill of popcorn and drinks! The other theaters like EVO doesn't have that option.

Customer service at the concession counter was very good and the employee that helped in directing me to the auditorium for my movie was very courteous.
The staff was helpful, the theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable.
The experience is always a good one, employee's have a nice attitude. My only recommendation, could you guys ensure the seats get a deep cleaning by a certified company once in a while. There have been a few occasions that the trays are very dirty, or popcorn and grease in the seats.
