Comfortable seating
The theater is always so clean, and, in my opinion, has the most comfortable seats. I also love that for the blockbuster movies, the drink machines are really close to the theater. The staff is also always very friendly and helpful. Mayan Palace went from "one of my favorite" theaters, to my absolute favorite without a doubt.
Excellent service
We love the Santikos movie theater. My only complaint is sitting in the front row seats: they are too close to the screen and I had difficulty watching the movie. I will not sit in those seats again. It would be better to not even have them- it was not an enjoyable experience.

This is always a great theater with the freshest popcorn! I came on this visit because they showed a movie that no other theater in town was showing. Thanks for supporting foreign and independent films!

Staff, from ticket booth all the way up to management, are very cordial, helpful, and competent.
It's great the people are friendly and I'm happy to pay to keep our loal theatre open. However it makes me want to flip a table to get my nachos in a bag and my fake cheese in a cup(cup cheese is gross) . I do not care about sanitation I want my fake nacho cheese that you have to open and squish down before you press the button. I don't care if there 15 doll hairs . I know the movies are expensive and y'all keep the lights on with the food sales. I want my extra nacho cheese I want it hot on top . Besides that y'all are fantastic I love the recline seats in every theatre .

Seats, sound, cleanliness
We really enjoyed our visits to Silverado! We use to go to Casa Blanca as both of our children worked there and its very close to our house. But the food started going down hill and the establishment was not as clean as I would have liked to see it. After several issues with our food orders we moved to Silverado. Although we have to drive further, it is worth the quality and accuracy each visit. Im glad our experience with Santikos is jot completely destroyed and we have options in location. I guess my only gripe with Sikverado is not having as much availability in movies as Casa but I understand its a smaller theater.
Loved the place. Perfect for movies, Wish there was one in Statesville.
