Ed Stiles cleaned my duraceramic tile in kitchen, breakfast nook, foyer, laundry room, and 2 bathrooms. My floor is clean and the grout is clean. Ed was able to get all the soap buildup off of the tile and the grout cleaned in between the tile and my 4 year old floor looks new again.

I absolutely loved the product and what it did to my tile, grout, and carpet. The technician was beyond informative and knew the product well. The only issue I have is the technician knocked something off my wall and damaged my baseboard in a bathroom and knocked a chunk out of my wall in the master bedroom as well with the wand. No doubt it was by accident but I'm trying to sell my house and now I have to repair those areas in my house and I didn't want to have to put any additional money in the house prior to it selling.

My 13 year old carpets look clean, fresh, and new again. Ed Stiles, the technician did a thorough job, takes pride in doing his job right, and he has a great personality. I have Ed to come back out this week and steam clean my ceramic tile.

I like the professional level of expertise I always receive from Zerorez Huntsville. Yep, I have had Zerorez come to my house four times already and know I will have them back again to help me clean up my house. I have already decided I will invite them to help me at my parents house in the Madison area soon too.
Ed has been to my house twice and he is a very dedicated professional. I feel so much better when I see it was Ed that was sent to my house. He is a wealth of information about cleaning and caring for my carpets, wooden floors and stairs, and offers many helpful tips. He even helped me get some old rust stains out of one carpet after I replaced a old leaking rusty hot water heater. I tried to clean the rust out myself but could not. Ed cleaned it and was so glad I didn't have to replace that carpet. Ed did a super job!

You don't use chemicals that ruin our carpet or so much heat that you ruin the backing on the carpet or leave so much water you cause the carpet pad to mildew. It may be more expensive, but it's good for the carpet.

I like the fact that the product was safe for my pets and the fact he did my area rugs on the spot. Other companies told me they had to take the rugs and it would be a couple of weeks before they could return them cleaned. The technician was friendly and polite. Sold me on the protector but in a way that I knew I'd need it.

My technician Edaward Stiles was amazing. Very knowlegable, kind, and professional. Answered any questions i had and was very helpful at resolving my issue.

The employees are very friendly, whether you call to make appointment, have an estimate done, or the individuals who actually come to do the cleaning. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like you matter. We appreciate the fact that no shampoos are used, and that it is more "natural" cleaning.
