Zerorez cleaned and sanitized my carpets, the technician provided much needed information about Zerorez products and services, and he was careful around furniture and doorways in doing a great job making the carpet look like new. I highly recommend Zerorez.
Worked quickly, products are "clean" and I don't have to worry that it is safe for pets and children. Results were very good...not all stains came out, but I didn't expect them to. They have been there for many years and I have tried to remove through various cleaning techniques. The stains are not as dark as they were before cleaning. Very happy with results.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: ZEROREZ STATES THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL 3O MINUTES BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES. THE TECHNICIAN DID CALL, BUT HIS CALLER ID DID NOT INDICATE THE CALL IS FROM ZEROREZ. AS MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS DO, I SCREEN MY CALLS. IF I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE ID OF THE CALLER, I DO NOT ANSWER. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TECHNICIAN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE IF S/HE IS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE CLIENT.
