Great job with cleaning our area rug, but especially the impressed with the result on the grout on our tile floors in the kitchen. The kitchen floor looked better than new.

After hearing a lot from the radio station concerning the company and their unique process, we thought we would give it a try. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. My wife had to help the worker move furniture and that hurt her back, but other than that, it was a good experience.

Setting up the appointment was hassle free. They took my information and even called the day before to confirm the appointment. The technician was incredibly friendly and explained the process. He took his time to assess my floor and gave me some options on how to remove my pet stains. The entire process was quick and my floor looks great. He worked really hard to make sure I had a great experience. Because there are no chemicals, I didn't have to worry about my indoor dog. The trafficked areas that were smashed down now look fluffy.

I highly recommend ZeroRez to anyone wanting a great service from a company that is friendly and well-informed.

Great Job. Berber carpet is tough to clean but you aced it. Called Toni and Gary this AM To tell the world how pleased I was with your service. Will have you back soon to do ceramic tile and grout.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the fact that the process doesn't contain chemicals so doesn't leave behind harmful residue. I also appreciated the care that was given to corners, furniture, etc. with the hose and equipment. Todd is very personable and professional. My carpet looks like new.

Todd did a wonderful job on our carpet an upholstery. We had several spots that I was doubtful would come out but, he was able to get them out. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Awesome job!!!

No chemicals and the wall guards were nice to keep the walls clean.
