Very friendly people. Required no supervision on my part .. did the job and our carpet looks very good. Our front foyer had rugs over some of the carpet. They were able to clean the carpet in such a way that the areas around the runs matched the "cleaner" area under the rugs!

The company promptly got back with me after I left a message for info on their services. They came out the same day we originally talked and picked up our wool rug.
