The service can be performed in the home and the items cleaned are really clean with no residue. Our service provider, Ed, did an outstanding job, was very friendly, and explained the cleaning process.

Very effective cleaning process (my carpets look new and dog smell is gone!). Technician showed up on time, called first as a courtesy, and was very professional in explaining all the services and making recommendations. He did not "lolly-gag", smoke or dip, get into personal conversations, etc. or do any of the annoying things that other service technicians (in general) sometimes do. Top notch!

They work! The employees are very nice.

The technician arrived when he said he would. He worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. He removed stains that had been in the carpet for years, that Resolve and Woolite carpet cleaners hadn't touched. Zerorez made the carpet look like new. I will be using Zerorez again.

They do have have any harmful chemicals or soaps contained in the products, the employees were respectful, knowledgable, and kind.

Very polite service technicians whose main concern was my satisfaction with the cleaning provided. The tile looks great. I requested a second visit for some streaks in the 20-year old carpet. Instead of just doing the area I was concerned about, the technician cleaned the entire room a second time.
