How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The website & app do not work properly. I was o/s & tried to suspend my membership but was not able to put in an end date. This is after asking 2 teachers before my trip to suspend it for me as previously done. It is annoying that I have to log on every time I want see a timetable or book a class. The notifications for spots available does not always work. The studio used to have beautiful flowers eg more often. The list goes on.

The team at Redfern are very welcoming. The space is clean and has a wonderful energy to it. The area is great for parking. The classes are challenging but also enjoyable, a good balance and a lot of support is given with hands on helps in many classes. I feel comfortable there. Thank you!
