The wide variety of teachers and class times available. The quality of the studios.
I have only been once so that is all I can measure.
Crystal on the front desk was extremely helpful and explain things clearly.
Christian, the instructor was awesomeand quite interactive.
I am new to Yoga so that see what happens over the next period of time

Everything, from the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with a warm smile. The classes are mindfully crafted with the main focus on something you forgot you needed.
More Pilates space/ availability
great teacher
nice facilities
easy location
great!
The class was perfect, the studio is quite small but it's enough. the issue is finding a parking. The cost per class ends up being $45 if you're lucky to find a 2 hour parking.
I'd recommend it for the ones who live walking distance.
Awesome classes. Beautiful facilities.
I haven’t been for a while as but have been going to MBL on and off for about 8 years. I went to an open class on Sunday and it was Olympic level yoga - in fact so far removed from actual yoga that most of it was unrecognizable as yoga. The class was so far beyond me that I could only do about a third of the poses, but the teacher provided absolutely no options for anyone who wasn’t at her level. At first I thought it was my problem as I’d lost fitness but then I realized that the class was pitched at an elite level. I - and anyone else not keeping up - was completely ignored. I felt like I don’t belong at this school anymore. I think classes like that suit some people and certainly there were many in it who were amazing. But you should let customers know what level the classes are pitched at. I came away feeling like a failure and that I should finish up my pass and find another school.
Good teaches studios but need more 1 hour yoga classes in the evenings
Awesome class thanks for the lovely welcome and energy 👍
Lots of classes and good teachers.
Professional classes that run on time. Facilities - I can always get a locker. Toilets change rooms kept clean.
Friendly staff and beautiful relaxing studio environment.
Great beautiful and clean facilities, instructors, class size
I love the teachers and the space especially Redfern!
Make it more affordable
Refresh changerooms somehow? They get too busy and a bit smelly on busy weekday afternoons
I love the depth of knowledge amongst the teachers - with various teachers steeped in different traditions bringing a rich and expansive pool of knowledge to class. I love that the teachers have the freedom to teach what they love in a way that is authentic for them.
I love that the studio feels as though it is a community and not just a money making enterprise.
I love the workshops offered - yoga supastars from around the globe, and the free workshops with bml teachers.
On that note I'd like to thank Kat for the backbend workshop on this sat just gone. It was REALLY special. I am still smiling.
And while I have your ear, can I put in a request for a chakra workshop with Rachel ? We did a short version on our TT retreat in April and it took me by surprise - there's a bunch of us that would LOVE to have another go.
The website interface is not great. Easy to accidentally book a class. There should really be an app on the phone and not a bookmark.
I love the standard of yoga instructors. I haven’t participated in Pilates yet but I’m sure those instructors are also amazing
Standard and variety
Amazing range of teachers who teach in different ways for different results. X
The staff at the studios are always welcoming, yoga classes are great, teachers wonderful. I also like the generousity. The buddy passes are great. Just has a really nice friendly vibe. Would love to do pilates too but your referfomers are too short! Would be great if you got longer wooden ones that adjust for us tall people.
Less speed in classes rather than trying to fit as many postures as possible. it’s obvious when you look around the class or see how many are struggling.
Teacher should be more aware,,
The environment is comfortable and the teachers are technical and authentic.

I've been doing reformer pilates for five years, most recently with Breathe in Melbourne. I moved to Sydney for work and had about 6 months off pilates. I attended the Align class on a single visit pass, just to check it out. The instructor was Kevin. He didn't offer enough description of the routines he wanted the class to undertake, and he didn't offer alternatives for people with injury/less fitness/just plain beginners, and the routines had extension after extension. The focus was on hip flexors, glutes, etc, but the setup required a lot of strength in the arms, back and shoulders, and it's easy to cause injury when these fatigue, which is exactly what has happened in my case. On the basis of that class I would choose somewhere else with smaller classes more focused on form than intense exertion.
