Fast, courteous, reasonable
Professional, pleasant, timely and did a great job cleaning our carpets.
They did a great job! He was careful around the corners with all the equipment. It took about s day longer to dry than he told s it would.
The main reason we tried ZEROREZ is to see if our carpets stay cleaner longer with your method rather than other companies.
So far, like I said in a survey yesterday, I think your company does a good job. But, I can't give you a complete review until we see the results.
One of the fastest ways to get a bad review from me is to keep bothering me with requests for surveys. This is the third time you have requested feedback.

I liked the carpet cleaning
The technician called ahead of time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He had been to our home previously and had done such an excellent job then we had no doubts he would exceed our expectations. And he did!!!!!!! Carpet looks like new in every room. We will continue to use their service as needed in the future........

The service was fast and painless...the technician was a pleasure to talk to and work with. The price was more than I was initially quoted but I understand why it was more and I think it was well worth it.

He did an excellent job on the carpet. Brian was very pleasant and professional. The young lady that called the day before to confirm the appointment was very pleasant to talk with on the phone.
