Our only concern is that there was some grout pulled out and he said some one would follow up with us and have it replaced. NO CALL and no one has followed up???????????
You didn't use soap and you removed most of the water so it dried quicker. Your tech.,was very friendly and he came on time. He worked hard and did a great job, I will recommend zerorez to all my family and friends. Thanks!

We thought the carpet cleaning was great. The man who did the work worked hard and cleaned our carpets the best he could. We would have him come back yes.

I'm a single senior lady, charged $40 to clean a wool rug. Urine stains still show on another room rug. All three left outside, too heavy for me to lift. Policy did not allow him to move anything, therefore several areas not cleaned (planter, chair etc.). Small areas around beds, couch, so agreed to clean the two rugs.
I thought the stains would come out better, and the edge of the carpets in each room were still soiled. Maybe I expected too much, I'm not sure, but the carpets don't seem to look a lot better. They just don't seem very clean.
The carpet wasn’t dry 9 hours after treatment and my stairs smell like a way mop. Your technician was super professional and nice. And very good at explaining your product.
The technician was friendly and professional . He explained the process and finished the work exactly when he said he would. The carpet looks and feels clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again !

I won't be sure about your cleaning method until I see if the rugs soften up. One was kind of stiff and the edges rippled . I’m hoping I can get them to lay flat again. The tech was quiet and got the job done efficiently.
