Brian, the Zerorez SG service rep, was both personable to speak with & knowledgeable regarding the Zerorez process. He took the time to answer my questions. He worked hard to accomplish his task, & was done w/the carpet in about 2 hours. Our home looked superb!

You should send two people who can move furniture. What good are carpet and tile cleaners if they don’t move the furniture. Disgusting that you expect the client to do your work
The add on the radio said .75 a square foot to clean and seal grout but when I called they said it was a only cleaning for .75. So I agreed to $1. price. Later I heard the add again and it clearly said .75 clean and seal. Felt like false advertising. Missed one section of my grout but other then that the Tech was very friendly, quick and did a good job. Carpets damp 24 hrs, not 6....even with a fan.

Once we used Zerorez we never went back to any other service; prior to Zerorez we used 4-5 other services; we never look back! When you are served with the best, nothing else will do.

The carpets are really clean but the carpets took forever to dry. I had to wait over 24 hours before I could move furniture back. It just has never taken that long before.
Cleaned the grout from dark to almost original light beige color and brightened and freshened our carpet.
Josh was prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The carpet dried quickly and looks great.

the carpet had a wave in it after the service but went away after 30 hours. notice of this happening before starting the service would have put us art ease.
