I enjoying coming to Fitness Factory to take a variety of fitness classes. The facility is clean, the staff are all friendly, and helpful and the instructors are fantastic! I belonged to a gym 5 minutes from my house and barely went! Now I am 15 minutes from home at FF and attend classes 4 times a week. That says it all! Never been happier at any other gym!

Everything is great, new machines are awesome...but the sauna is constantly needing to be reset in the morning. I feel bad for Bill always having to deal with that with the morning crowd.
Recommend the place to anyone who asks me where they can go.

I love the variety of classes, especially, the silver sneakers workout. What made the experience extra special is that before and after each class, people (both instructors and participants) approached me and asked if I liked the class, if I was coming back and what other classes will I be at. They gave me advise and encouraged me to take other classes. I really loved the friendliness of everyone!
Clean, convenient and so many health options available. Sauna and jacuzzi are a nice, relaxing and healing bonus. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. Variety of weight lifting equipment and cardio equipment. The gym is always clean and the bathrooms too. Awesome gym!
I like the different equipment in Novi. I recommend putting instructions on the equipment on how to use them. Every now and then when trying to use a machine it would be broke.
