I like your layout of the gym and the equipment.
One thing to work on is your unfriendly staff as members enter. Can the front desk at least say hello.
Three Floors for Beginner, Intermediate, and Veterans. Plenty of Floor Space and the Air is Always Circulating on every floor. There's a Protein Shake Bar on the First Floor to help you make those gains as soon as possible. The first Thirty Minutes after a Workout are when your body absorbs the most protein, carbs, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Basically, You See That Pump !? You are going to retain that size, if you remember to take your protein shake within the first minutes of completing your Entire Workout. The Gym Rocks, Bro !

I like the on demand Body Pump option is available, I do it 2 days a week with a gym buddy and it is exactly what we need for a sculpting and weight bearing class/routine:) that mixes it up for us :)

Always clean and equipment is kept up well
I like the equipment, the lockeroom, overall setup, layout and vibe. It is clean. Some of the Arsenal machines are especially nice such as the fly. It feels better to use than the typical matrix stuff at other locations. The sauna was nice and hot. The treadmills were in good shape.
I love everything! Can you move a stair stepper into the movie room?
My favorite part about Fitness Factory in Rockaway is that when my boyfriend swipes in at the front desk, the screen will have a notice saying “Re-Rack your weights” under his name and picture every time. Then throughout our workout I get to giggle next to him and point out AT LEAST 7 other people, every single workout session, that don’t re-rack their weights either and get away with it. It makes him mad but like, he did it to himself which is why I give this place a 10!!! There was another time we were using a machine that already had two 45lbs weights on BOTH sides and my boyfriend added one extra 45lbs weight on each side. He proceeded his workout, finished, wiped the machine down, tried to walk away, and then the trainer caught him not re-racking and asked him very professionally and politely to re-rack the weights. I told boyfriend to ask the trainer if he wanted us to re-rack the weights that we added, leaving it the way we found it, or should we put all of them away. Basically to indicate that it wasn’t just him that didn’t re-rack. My boyfriend instead bit his tongue and rightfully put his and all the other weights away and I got to watch him be extra grumpy for the rest of the workout. Still to this day, it says “Re-Rack your weights” during his swipe in and it’s been months. What’s really funny is normally he’s one of the very few that re-racks and wipes down the machine after his use, but he got caught once and now he’s marked publicly and I’m loving it. I love fitness factory, it’s my favorite place and the front desk employees are awesome. Thank you Fitness Factory for always making our workout sessions beyond memorable!
