Nadine Corda is a fantastic teacher of yoga. She teaches a chair yoga class twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. She does so many kinds of stretches and leads us to make our bodies "try" to do the same. She is patient, kind and understanding. She is an excellent teacher and she loves being with her chair yogis to see how we respond.

If this is the middletown location, ILove you guys, thats my main gym. I will say I wasn't happy there were no wipes to clean the machines before and after. I got same day shipping with Amazon yall. Lmk 🫶🏽

This gym has everything you need for a great workout! Weight Machines, Bar Bell, a great sauna, swimming pool, basketball courts, Yoga Classes, spacious locker rooms, showers and Tanning booths!

Cleanliness, equipment, friendly staff
The MAC is a wonderful place to workout. The equipment is top-notch and I have rarely seen any piece out of order or in poor condition. The cleanliness in the workout area as well as the locker room is astonishing given the number of people who work out daily. The availability of tubes and straps is another welcomed benefit. I’ve not used the FOD or pool but I like knowing those are options.
Lots of amenities. Happy about that. Happy about welcoming families there. The women's area still needs some improvements in terms of equipment updates and a lot of the treadmills on the main floor don't have working screens.
The yoga balls in the women's area should be checked and maintained better (inflated). Also, I was working out trying to do some weights in the little space I could find and a woman was having the store manager rearrange furniture during this peak time which interrupted my workout. Then she left and didn't work out. I think that could have been handled better by management.

To improve my experience at the Fitness Factory, I would appreciate it if the gym can install a clock right outside of the men's sauna. This would be a great way to track our time of use in the sauna versus bringing in our phones to high temperatures exposure or risk our phones from damaging. Thank you!
