Friendly staff and clean gym
Clean friendly environment
There is a lot of different types of equipment for all parts of the body so you rarely have to wait for a machine. I also like the availability of classes and I work out with a personal trainer twice a week.
Best gym around for sure. Has everything you would need.
I like the different types of exercises given to us. I have also made friends with many others going there.
Everyone is friendly and helpful with answering questions
Convenience
The Peak is a great facility, but for me it is about the people! Great instructors,Jen Brown, Jen Newmack, Nadine Corda, Jamie Walden, Carly! The people make the experience
Classes and my fav Strength Training class. Also being able to take our visiting relatives to the pool.

Great staff and equipment! Very clean
Great trainers, workout machines are the latest models. The club is new, so everything is clean and neat.
My main likes are the variety of the machine's! You have machines where you can add the weights on the machine. The workout I like is the machines where you add the free weights. I’m sure it’s just me
I really like the group classes… Spinning is my main group class. The instructors are very well trained in getting the most from you on your bike. I’ve worked out so far with a Spin instructor, Lisa, will continue on her class!
Good people working there always nice
The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Ryan is a great employee and is always open on time on the weekends
Great staff, clean, has everything i need for my workout, goid clientele
Jami with spin class is great, love the functional workout options with free weights and machines, and the new Elysian set up is great for optional treatments.
It has everything
It’s certainly is a go to place with all facilities
Excellent selection of classes, good mix of equipment, facility is clean and staff is friendly! Although, I still don't understand why there are TVs in the saunas? So odd....
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The people working out on the machines are helpful. The class instructors are fun and exciting. Overall, I am very happy with Fitness Factory Yonkers.
The entire facility is a positive experience. Clean workout equipment and locker rooms
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Incredible staff shoutout to Hector he is incredible! The facility is clean and well equipped. Thank you Fitness Factory Hoboken!
Daycare and the classea offered.
Good equipment, always available
Zumba classes are great.
I really like t[e atmosphere, the staff, and the equipment.
I do not like the modern dance music when played. I know it is played for a younger crowd but they're all wearing headhones.
I am particularly annoyed by the younger people on their phones between sets which doubles (or triples) their time on the equipment.
Place is clean and staff is nice
