Everything
Plenty of equipment, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly environment and Helpful Staff. And Clean Facility. From the Beginner to the Most advanced lifter who compete can do training without any problem, and I feel like the community is very respectful to each other, the gym environment is very inspiring.
Great service
Everything!
Friendly staff, the layout of equipment and overall vibe.
Convenience and you open at 5am
Fantastic gym. Helpful and friendly staff
The shower heads in the mans locker room were replaced and that is nice. I would like to see the shaving materials and deodorant at the sinks. The equipment was updated which is nice.
Everything
The classes are the best
Facility is well laid out; clean and pretty quiet (no BOOMs when people drop the free weights). I like the locker room (also clean) as well as the option of a women's only area to workout. Brightly lit without being too bright. Personal Trainers are available for hire as well.
Exelente
The gym is very clean and the staff is always very friendly
Everything, but really like that it is close to where I live, smaller and easier to access equipment then having to walk all over the building and to different areas. Overall, everything is great.
Not over-crowded, reasonably priced, good equipment, friendly staff. The only thing that would improve the facility is central AC
Friendly staff, great facility!!

I use the Nustep machine for my back surgery rehab. Plus, we use the pool for our granddaughter. Service counters populated by friendly helpful people.
