I've only been going to the gym for about three weeks but I absolutly love it. I walked in, asked for a membership. They gave me atour, in within 15 minutes I was all set. I love that there are no apps or any bs. The gym is clean and I almost never have to wait for equipment. Genuinely almost never fill out these types of surveys but this gym is very much a stand out.
I'm a member at PH and also Planet Fitness, and the equipment at your gym is far superior to that of Planet Fitness
All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and is fully equipped with equipment and weights. The facility also offers specialty classes. It is good for people of all ages. I would recommend Fitness Factory.
I enjoy the different amenities like the jetta tub, hot sauna and recent infared therapy, red light therapy and cold plunge for the discounted members rate.

Generally, the gym is clean and most of the equipment I want to use actually works (the same cannot be said for my prior gym)
I enjoy the openness of the two floors. Very clean and well managed.
Staff is friendly. However, some of the equipment is in disrepair especially the bikes. It is hard to get to the proper RPMs when that doesn't work on your bike.

The crew at the desk are nice and helpful, there is a good selection of machines and free weights and the fellow members are for the most part polite.
I like all the people who work there, especially my trainer, Nick. The location is great, and while some machines haven't worked for months, most of the equipment is in working order

The gym is a very comfortable size, lots of equipment, a brand new expansion area, and it’s kept relatively clean and tidy. I don’t ever notice broken machinery (if at all), and for the price of the membership (and $0 down) it is a great deal!

Mr. Jason is extremely professional and always greets members with genuine courtesy. He consistently keeps the exercise machines and counters clean, pays attention to detail and care for the facility.
Whenever I have questions or need assistance, he responds without hesitation and is always ready to help. His friendly demeanor makes everyone feel welcome and at ease.
On one occasion, when my account was mistakenly charged for another member’s purchase, Mr. Jason took immediate action. He investigated the issue promptly and resolved it without delay.
Not only is he a true gentleman, but he is very organized, and carries himself with professionalism every day. His dedication and excellent service truly stand out.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well maintained facility with a good variety of equipment. Bathrooms are always clean including the shower area, and generally well stocked with soap, paper towels, etc. I especially appreciate that for members, Club 24 is a true 24 hour facility due to key card access being available during unstaffed hours. A great value for the membership prices.
