The classes are great and there’s a good amount of machines to use.
Customer service excellent, a lot of machines and clean environment! However, one thing I don’t like is that customer gets to loud with phone and music.

I like the gym a lot and it’s always clean. Some random feedback but it would be awesome if the newtown gym got a concept2 or similar model (air fan rowing machine). The matrix rowing machine in the gym has magnetic resistance. I like rowing machines but the air fan resistance is much more comfortable and smooth to row on. I know your Brookfield gym has a Concept2 Pm5 model that I’ve used and is perfect. Current machine is good but the difference between resistance types is noticeable.

There is the right amount of people for the equipment and everyone is very pleasant. I always get a nice workout in before work.

Club 24 in Brookfield is an all around clean gym, very spacial, has a great dance room for all fitness classes that goes on / is scheduled at the gym, & last but not least has great staff! I recommend going to this gym.
