The gym is spacious and clean and there’s never a long wait for any of the equipment. The staff is helpful and friendly and everyone is welcoming. Caro is a fantastic personal trainer, so if you’re if you’re looking for someone to help you craft a fitness plan, I highly recommend her.
The smaller venue is less crowded than the main Peak, good for an efficient workout. But the primary reason I recommend West Bank Peak is the staff, particularly Carley Knudson. Everyone is upbeat, courteous and professional, which I believe speaks to Carley’s leadership and skills as the facility manager. . She’s also an awesome personal trainer!

The people who work there are friendly and helpful. They offer a lot of classes and there are sufficient weights and cardio machines.
Joined again after 5 years living somewhere else. Love seeing familiar faces from back in the day still working there. I love the 24 hr access and it just feels like home
I like the Classes and the equipment. Its convenient for me. My Insurance covers membership.
The only thing i recommend is that there be trainers on the floor every so often in case someone needs help with weights.
Otherwise I have no problems with it.
It Would be better if U increase the AC it's too warm in the GYM!
I really like the facilities. The Sauna, pool, and hot tub are all very nice. I also enjoy the very friendly front desk staff.
