Friendly staff and membership
First off, the Patrick the Physical Therapist was great. Very knowledgeable and told me information about my health issues that other doctors should have but did not. Also, the facilities are clean and lots of equipment and pools to meet any individual needs.
The gym was clean, updated and the equipment was superior to the other gyms I’ve visited.

Everything at the gym seems great, only downfall is not having dispensing papertowels. Paper towels make it easier to dry hands, wipe down the machines, and wipe sweat away from our faces prior to it dripping on weights or machines.

Powerhouse Novi, is a wonderful gym. Great class schedule with amazing instructors. All the workout equipment anyone would need. Plus an incredible staff. I enjoy everything about Powerhouse!

Any chance at maintaining and actually cleaning the showers?
The same pubic hair has been in the same spot for almost a year. The shower handle is falling off and has sharp chrome pieces coming off. And the shower curtains need proper replacement.

Peak is a great environment for exercising. Since getting my membership with peak I have lost 70 Lbs and am well on my way to my goal weight! I've tried other gyms but never felt comfortable or welcomed unlike at peak! 10/10 great buisness great community!

Fantastic gym!!
The gym is clean and the members are great especially the members between 5am and 3pm. After that it does fall off a cliff a bit but that is to be expected with the afternoon crowd.
My only small critique would be to add an incline chest hammer strength machine like they have at the power house in Detroit/Highland Park. The original has better chest machines.
Also we have enough ab machines. I believe too many. Maybe eliminating a few to make a small fake grassy area so people can stretch and warm up when the studio is unavailable.
