Great equipment setup, but more importantly is the friendliness and support of the staff. Donnie and the entire staff at Ridgefield always welcome you will a giant hello on a first name basis and are interested to make sure you have what you need and are there if you need them.

Friendly, helpful staff, easy to use equipment with lots of staff to help if have questions. Pool is a loved item by my family and my granddaughter takes swim lessons and all the instructors have been fantastic so far.
24/7 access, Friendly morning crew, main floor is generally clean every time I go.

The facility is always clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Classes are amazing!
I LOVE that there are classes at 5:00 pm. The instructors are excellent.

Can't beat the value. Love the current group fitness classes and instructors, but wish there were more variety of classes at the 8:30-12 timeframe.

The only down side I have encountered is sometimes the front desk staff has technology issues and do not follow up with answers if you have a problem.
