I love Fitness Factory. Always clean and neat, sanitary and organized. The Flanders location is the nicest gym I've ever worked out in in my 35 years of working out. My home gym in New Providence is great too and being refreshed as we speak. Keep it up!
I rated PHG as an 9 out of 10 because the facility is constantly being cleaned, the machines are well maintained with minimal OOO units, and the staff is friendly. I only give 10/10's if they are the best option around and I have to give that title to the WCC fitness facility. They have a pool, indoor running track, multiple rooms for classes, etc. You guys are knocking it out of the park and are an excellent value for the cost of membership. A million times better than the Planet :)
Variety of classes. Water class instructors are great to give tips to modify workout for various levels.

Excellent staff. No loud weight dropping or “grunting” allowed. Wide array of weight machines, and of course the hydro- massage chair is worth the prices of admission.
