I love the options to come from 5 am until late. I love that there is a spin class in the morning (just joined the gym) and I would like to start that on Tuesdays soon! I really like that fact that the gym has low levels of people though the day so I don't feel intimidated going (as a woman it's hard to feel safe in the gym). I really like this gym! The staff and everything is going well.

I like the big windows to look out to the south and our Little Belt Mountains. It’s the best view of all of the Montana health clubs. The equipment is logically arranged with ellipticals, treadmills, and assault exercise bikes as well as the weights. The senior synergy class is great with Charla. She is the group fitness instructor who has the skills, expertise, and friendliness necessary. The class is for 25 or more seniors who are out to socialize and get all their muscles and joints moving, strengthening and flexing. It is a comprehensive program with individualized and partnership activities whenever possible.

Excellent gym environment. Clean, quiet, daylight. Showers are fantastic. Equipment is great condition.

Large well maintained facility with multiple exercise choices. But, please get people off their phones when using equipment.

I like the weight room, juice bar and nursery. Lots of people are there who are serious about being active. Love it!

The friendliness, caring, and support of the reception folks at Ridgefield Club24 is outstanding. You are always greeted with a big hello including your name as well as a friendly "have a good day" when you leave. The equipment availability and cleanliness are great as well, but the staff can make all the difference in choosing a gym.
