I have been a member at the Phillipsburg location for more than seven years. The equipment is continually being updated, the facility is well maintained, but most importantly, the staff is always available to answer questions, solve any problems, and provide friendly support and advice. They are always seeking input on ways to update their product offering. If you are really lucky, Cindy may take your picture to post on the website and you can become a celebrity - at least a Fitness Factory star.

I really like the place. It’s pretty empty at the time I go, which is early morning.. so I have time to do my exercises.. the community is great..
However, a lot of folks would love it if they opened early (on weekends and weekdays) so that folks have more time before work / church
