Staff is super friendly and helpful. The kids love Travis for the kids class and enjoy going and being active. I love that I can work out while the kids do their classes, and that we can go and swim just to have a good time. The equipment in the gym is superior to other gym equipment I’ve used at other gyms and the atmosphere is great. I look forward to to going in for my workouts!

It’s a amazing gym with great facilities
Fitness factory (formerly Club Metro) has character that can’t be replicated by any other gym. I was a member at Lifetime Fitness, HealthQuest, YMCA and many others over the years. Fitness factory always felt like home at an affordable price. With many new pieces of equipment the gym is really making an effort to improve.
The gym is very clean and very easy to navigate. Everything is very organized.

Clean facility, friendly staff, maintained pools and locker room
I love Fitness Factory! The team the equipment the vibe of the gym is amazing. I love the brightness and how clean it was but as time goes on it is not as immaculately clean as it was when it was newer. The machines sometimes have old wipes that inconsiderate patrons leave the machine feel greasy at times the stairs are not clean you see the dirt building up the toilets are not clean there is hair dust and other things I wish I didn’t see. The first bathroom sink has not been working. In order for Fitness Factory to continue to be that bright immaculately maintained facility it was when it opened it requires more deep cleaning more maintenance staff on the floor the way they were earlier on and daily inspections. I only provide this feedback because I love this Fitness Factory gym!
Large space, lots of options, duplicate equipment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Location in Novi is convenient and parking plentiful.

Good spread of machines, generally very well ventilated, and not too busy even at peak hours
I joined primarily because I like the various classes held (zumba, aerobics, etc.)
It would be great to schedule a beginner pilates class on Wednesdays at 10:30am or 11am.
The personal trainers are very good as well.
