As someone who is not a fan of gyms or working out I look forward to going to Fitness Factory. The facility itself is very clean which is important to me. There is always someone mopping the floors or wiping down the equipment. There are so many machines and different options to work with you can never say it's too crowded. I've taken some of the classes and they are fun while also grueling! They also participate with different insurance plans so price shouldn't be a reason not to attend. I've recommended Fitness Factory to many of my friends.
I love the Novi gym it has everything I need to get a complete workout. The service is great the gym is clean, the only small issue that I have is I would like it to go back to being a 24/7 gym.

When you walk in the doors you are greeted at the front desk. Willow is always smiling! All the equipment including cardio is well kept and there are always enough machines during peek hours. The locker rooms are very clean and safe. Kirk is a great GM. Values his members!
The gym is pretty clean, solid equipment and overall good vibe from the members. Front desk is very kind and the locker rooms are great, clean and so nice to not have to bring a lock. The sauna is also an awesome perk.
In the instance the team is open to feedback, I would love if there was different playlists for the gym in rotation! You can hear it through your headphones even if you're listening to music so it'd be cool if it was more "gym music" than early 2000s pop.

Powerhouse has the latest exercise machines which is easy to use. If you need assistance, Powerhouse also have trainers to assist you with your needs. The Gym is always kept clean along with the bath and the locker rooms. This is my 2nd year at the gym . I will highly recommend this gym to family and friends.
