The two complaints that I have are with the Video screens and the music. The sports selections are interesting and not all the screens work. For example there was never any World Cup soccer on the screens?
There is some weird music playing sometimes and when you look around the average age is over 60....
I absolutely love the gym and all the additions that have been made! But I do have one request and that would be for female barbells. I have smaller hands so I cannot hookgrip a male bar and some of my lifts require a lighter warmup so some female bars would be super beneficial!

I’m so happy I joined this gym! The facility is clean, the equipment and machines are new, and the classes are fantastic. I especially love having the pool as an option. The hours and convenient location make it easy to fit workouts into my schedule, and there’s always plenty of parking. It’s also a fun place to socialize and meet people. The staff is reliable, efficient, and always helpful. Overall, a great gym and a wonderful experience!
Nice service
Everyone who works at the gym is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel like a valued customer and I cant recall a time where I haven't been treated by name.

The cleanliness is top notch. Staff are warm, helpful and knowledgeable.
The only negative is the sign up process can be a little confusing. Top much information at one time for a Neurodivergent brain.
