This is a great business model. Massage when you want it! When you call to schedule the front desk is very helpful in finding the kind of massage you prefer and matching it with a therapist. Once you find one you like, scheduling a few months ahead assures you of continuing with the same therapist.

I loved my therapist. She is very knowledgeable and informative. It was not her fault at all, but my cupping massage triggered super intense muscle spasms the next day. I missed 2 days of work because my back and arm were in such pain - from deep tissue work she did in my back and arm pit area. I ended up having to take steroids, a muscle relaxer and gabapentin to ease the pain. 2 trips to urgent care and about 10 days of pain. It was awful and I will never get a cupping or deep massage again. But, again, she did what she thought would help, and I agreed to it. I did appreciate her willingness to try to help.

The receptionist was extremely helpful with helping me with my membership.. very knolwedgable and took care of me. Also my massage provider Lindsay is amazing!!

The salon is very clean, everyone was professional. I wish I could afford to do that once a month, but right now I can’t.

I like the low-key atmosphere, the reasonable cost, and the evening hours. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, too. Right now, you have a really gifted massage therapist in Forrest, and my experience, as a result, is now consistently excellent, top 10, 5 stars, the works. I wish you would do more to keep the really good therapists -- turnover has been the only negative in the years I've been a member.

Therapists are very responsive to requests and frequently ask if pressure change is needed.

Alma did a great job really enjoyed the massage. Definitely loved the cupping. I will definitely have her do my massage again.

Everything. From the front desk at entry, to massage/therapy back to wrapping up with the front desk I have always had a positive experience. Two days ago I had a hard time getting around, getting out of car, sitting, and it had been over a month. My therapist listened and spent time working on what my body needed and I cannot tell you how much better I feel. Like just daily activities and sleep are significantly improved!
