I have been struggling with some very challenging neck/jaw pain in addition to an autoimmune disease that has a lot of painful inflammation and Bella used techniques I’ve never had before that were really helpful in targeting exactly where my issues were. It was such a great experience I signed up for a membership even though I live 4+ hours away from any Elements Massage.

Not only would I recommend Elements Massage to my friends, I already have! Ibrahim is an excellent masseur, and is fantastic at working out the knots in my back. They used to get so bad that the pain would sometimes make sleeping difficult. But since I started getting monthly massages, that just doesn't happen anymore! Also, Ibrahim is great at listening when I ask him to avoid or emphasize a particular area for whatever reason.
