Spent a lot of time asking good questions about my pain point areas and spent time during the massage to make sure I was comfortable and letting me know what he was doing and why. The spa itself is lovely - good parking, easy to get to, and easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff are always so welcoming and friendly. It doesn’t matter who is there. Val is an exceptional massage therapist. I always leave my lessons feeling so much calmer. A lot of the tension I’ve been holding in my body is gone. I felt so horrible when I first started going to her because I was holding on to so much and now I can’t remember when I had my last tension headache. She’s very friendly and listens to what you’re needing in your sessions. It’s been an incredible experience
