I was sore from working out and working non-stop to get my condo ready to sell, when not at my day job. This really was a treat. It was such a relaxing experience and it help immensely with my muscle aches. Definitely a nice way to treat yourself and get some good self care in.

I love going to Elements! The front staff is always friendly and helpful. Every person who has worked on me over the years has been amazing and I feel so much better when I leave. I had severe scoliosis and was in constant agonizing pain. They helped prolong the inevitable total spinal fusion surgery. Since my T3-L4 fusion, I've returned to Elements and Chelsea has helped with the scar healing and tight muscles after doing Pilates 4x week. Chelsea uses cupping to help move blood and fluid under the scar- it looks wonderful and more importantly I have feeling back!!! I'm so appreciative of Chelsea- I can feel how much she puts her heart into helping me. I owe a lot of my healing journey to her. THANK YOU, CHELSEA!!!

It’s a wonderful place overall. I’ve been with Joseph and been extremely impressed with his knowledge and his hand strength. Honestly one of the best deep tissue masseuses I’ve ever known. He knows his stuff and never disappoints.
