The staff are always welcoming and know me by name whenever I walk in. I have been on several of the massage therapists' tables, and I can say they are all talented in their own way and really know how to address my aches and pains. I often use the cupping and the hot stones as they just make everything better. I would highly recommend Elements and their program, worth every penny!

Chantel is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. If I could afford it, I would see her every week! She creates a safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment, and she really listens to what you’re experiencing so she can focus on the areas where you have pain or tightness. She always checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable and adjusts as needed, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she shares helpful tips and recommendations for stretches and tools to relieve discomfort between sessions. I always leave feeling better cared for, both physically and emotionally. I can’t recommend Chantel highly enough, she’s the reason I return each month!

Elements Centennial is always welcoming when I arrive, and the massage(s) are always great! Scheduling is easy, with a good amount of availability (for my schedule). My membership has been a worthwhile investment in myself.
I can’t recommend Lua enough. She is incredibly detailed, attentive, and truly knows what she’s doing. From the moment the session starts, she makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She takes the time to listen to what my body needs and is amazing at working out deep knots and built-up tension. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort and results, she is the one!
Ava was great and I felt fantastic after my massage. Expertly worked all the muscles that were needed.

William didn’t fill the session with unnecessary talking or silence filler. He professionally asked about my areas to focus on and the level of pressure I preferred and proceeded to deliver above and beyond.
