I have been treated by a variety of massage therapists at Elements in Totowa over the years and I have found all to be very knowledgeable and professional. The therapists always ask what areas I am interested in concentrating on and tailor the sessions to my needs. They also offer suggestions for stretching or other exercises to help my muscles and range of motion. The reception staff are also very friendly.

Very easy to book an appointment and Lesley is the BEST!! I cannot say enough good things about her!!! Best foot massage, best person to find the knots and get them out!

Welcoming front desk staff, skilled therapists, clean facilities!

Diane offered me a very thorough and thoughtful massage. She really listens to what my needs were as well as allowed some different requests like to listen to audiobook during the massage that was really welcomed! The relief she brought me was amazing.

Erik is a fantastic massage therapist !
He listens and understands my needs.

After my deep tissue massage, sitting at work feels so much better! My shoulders aren't stiff or super painful like before, and I feel so much lighter. Overall, it was a great session. Thank you.
One minor thing: I had to change clothes and chat briefly with the therapist before the actual massage started, but that was included in my service time. I feel the timer should only start when the massage actually begins, or at least have those few minutes added back. Otherwise, everything was good!

My therapist is excellent. She has very good techniques and her style of massage works well with my muscles and body structure. Shoulders and back feel really great. I’ve been with Elements for quite a long time and I am getting the best massage massages ever.
