Always a great stay
I can tell that Little Chief is content and happy at your facility. I like the camera views where I can see the interaction between my pet and the staff. Knowing he is cared for and receiving lots of love and attention allows me peace of mind. Your staff members work extremely hard but always take time to interact and give lots of attention to all of the animals. So glad a friend referred All American Pet Resort to me.
Every time I go on vacation I know Trenton is being taken care of. I pack a little backpack and he knows it means he’s going to ‘school’. Once I touch that backpack he will sit by the door until we leave. I love that he loves to go, I enjoy my vacations or time away and I know that he is well cared for!
The staff if so kind and they are great about updating you while your pup is there! We also love being able to check in and see our pup on the cameras while we are away.

Cosmo is always happy and excited to go to daycare. It’s comforting to recognize the same faces when we drop him off. I feel confident in his care.

When I come in with my dog, the person by the counter is friendly and ready to go. The person who gets my dog (Scout) is always nice and seems happy to welcome a new doggy to the resort.
I got an email when my dog was being a picky eater. When I called, the person I talked to knew exactly what I was talking about. The staff helped me figure out what they could do to get Scout to eat- it worked. I like that I can see my dog on the cameras (and the people working there.) It is an easy pick up too-- even late at night or early in the morning.
I think you guys do a great job and I am really thankful that I don't have to worry about Scout when I am out of town. I know he is in good hands!

We have been regulars since 2/2018. The services can be easily personalized for our special need’s boy. This was our first vacation since 11/2019 and after just over 2 weeks I’m not sure if Dusky was more exhausted than we were!
And we were in Mexico!

They treat your pet like family. All American Pet Resort build a relationship with Zachariah Kane Mitchell since he was a youngster and his parents. We now trust them like they are a part of our family. They go to great lengths to practice safety in all aspects of the facility. They notify us of any changes in Zach's physical or dietary state. They allow us to keep an eye on Zach through their wifi video technology. They even make it possible for us to reserve a suite for Zach to watch Television. Now we call this 5 Star Service!!! Thank you All American Pet Resort for taking care of our baby boy!!!
We did a trial day care and I loved the fact that the staff was energetic around the fur babies and there were a lot of small breed dogs for Monty to play with if he chose to.
The staff always makes our dog feel welcome and loved. We like to be able to drop her off and pick her up at any hour since they are open 24/7. We would only board her where there is staff on duty all night so this suits us perfectly.

Staff very friendly and greet dogs on arrival. Will do anything to make my pet comfortable. Premises are always very clean. Camera to check on pets when missing them is a bonus.
Love it!! Our dog came home happily worn out from all of the playtime during her 24-hour stay. I think we will start taking her back during the day, just because she likes it so much.

They are very good to the dogs. They call or text if there is any problem or concern. Their link to their establishment is good to view. This is the second time I’ve used their services. Dogs seemed happy to go there the second time.
We have boarded our 2 dogs with you & I love that they get a room together! I also love all of the playtime & that we can watch them on the app!
We love boarding! One of the biggest things for me is that every person we talk to knows our dogs, what their names are and how they are doing. It goes a long way!
Ability to view online, medications given, separate dogs
We were visiting in town for the weekend, they took amazing care of my two dogs during day care! I got them grooming and they looked beautiful. My one dog is difficult with nail clipping. I picked them up after lobby time, so the person who clipped his nails wasn’t able to tell us how he wouldn’t let them do it! Once I called and said his nails weren’t done but we were charged for it, they IMMEDIATELY refunded me with no issues! I would 100% recommend them and will go back there next time we are in Dallas.
