We thought all of the attendants were very warm and friendly to Lucy, who was a first time visitor and a first time for mixing with other small dogs. We had her doing a 1/2 day stay in prep for our future vacation, and now feel more comfortable leaving her with All American Pet Resorts (AAPR). She is 3 years old and has only stayed with neighbors on our past trips, and after she came home happy, we plan to use AAPR indefinitely. We all enjoyed the experience, and everyone was very nice to us as well! 5 minutes to the RSW airport and pickup times 24/7 also a huge attracation.

Love the online streaming. D seemed very happy. The "suites" are roomy. We love being able to drop off or pick up 24-7. That is so convenient! Love the littles guys so playing together.

My crazy little jack Russel loves being there. Everything from the best most caring staff ever! To cleanliness of facility. In a recent stay they noticed Sadi was really itching her ear and took the time to check and see if there was an issue. Sadie does have ear issues occasionally. They called me and kept me up to date on what was happening with her daily. I cannot say anymore than thank you for the great team you are and even more grateful you are all so loving to these pups in a time of need you all keep them from feeling misplaced. The fact that the employees seem to really like the animals and appear to take care of them very well. Just as important, the fact that I can see my pet from my iphone and that I can call and someone will answer who is staying there after-hours, 24/7 and if I call, which I have done, they will answer.
Good example of caring and answering my call - I called Lisa from my iphone as I could see Zoey was not eating all her dog food, just some. I called Lisa after-hours to discuss. It just so happened that she had some deli turkey left from a puppy a couple of days before and so at my direction she put some pieces of turkey on top of Zoey's dog food and Zoey ate the turkey and her own dog food, problem solved for the rest of Zoey's stay. If Lisa did not have the turkey, when she got done work she was willing to go to the store and get Zoey some human food to put on top of her dog food and I would have paid her for this and her time and effort which was greatly appreciated.

I have used the Ft. Myers location, for about 4 years. In that time, the core employees have not changed, it NOT a revolving door. They all cheerfully greet my girl...Every. Single. Time! I watch the video of the play time and always, there's an attentive attendant with them. My girl is always happy to go, and so happy when I pick her up. I won't use any place else...and there's SEVERAL choices, within 5 miles of my home!!
