Henry was very prompt and efficient. He made the whole process comfortable for me and for my dog.
Everyone who I have been in communication with from Amerispec has been prompt and efficient, followed thru as they said and have been a pleasure to deal with.
The audit inspector Steve S. was punctual, experienced and knowledgeable, and I expect his report to be accurate and comprehensive.

The technician was pleasant and answered any questions that I had. He also explained the process he was going through and gave us an idea of what was a good rating.

Les inspecteurs étaient bien informés - respectueux - et prêts à expliquer certains aspects de ce qu'ils ont repéré pour ceux qui, comme moi, n'ont aucune expérience de la construction et de ce qu'il faut rechercher comme risques potentiels ou signes préventifs.
Le soutien administratif était impeccable - leur rapport était détaillé et facile à comprendre ....Je ne ferais appel à aucune autre entreprise - je recommande vivement Amerispec.

The pressure and anxiety that comes with buying a home is always a lot to bear sometimes.
Dealing with a courteous and professional organization like AmeriSpec made some of that anxiety dissipate.
The inspectors were knowledgeable - respectful - and willing to explain certain aspects of what they located for those like me who has zero experience in construction and what to look for for possible hazards or warning signs.
The admin support was on point - their report was detailed and easy to understand ....I would go with no other company - I highly recommend Amerispec.

Prompt and detailed analysis
The inspection was good but we needed a better communication with Alex. We missed being at the inspection location. When we received a phone call from Todd, we were more than 30 minutes away. Alex should have told us to be at the house at a specific time.
