It’s a very understandable report. It lacked of explanation, did not point out any certain problem. It is unclear verbiage.
Inspector did not show where the problem is, just explained over the desktop and afraid of saying anything that could effected to the listing agent that presented at the conclusion of the inspection. Very disappointed!
