There is always room for improvement
Wendy answered the phone immediately and set me up with an inspection. I had called another inspector and he had no showed. So having Amerispec do our inspection right away was saving our deal. They are my company moving forward.
The staff was very detailed with the inspection. She explained to us where we are losing more energy/heat.

The initial response to my request was very fast. I believe it came to me on Sunday after the request on Friday.

I could not have been happier to see Rob himself oversee my buyer's recent home inspection, assisted by a trainee, Clay. Regardless of whether Rob conducts my next inspection, or someone else, I will contact AmeriSpec again.
Lisa and Clay were very thorough. Since we were present for the inspection they showed us the issues and made possible recommendations how to take care of them. They also showed us the things that were good and working well. Overall...a very good experience.
