They made a mess of my house ! Scraped up my 200 yr ole hard wood floor ! My tools from my dead grampa went missin outta the basement! And they spray foamed my knob and tube wires in the basement leaving ne a fire hazard!!! Mess! My home is no warmer ! My doors have large gaps my windows are 200 yrs old ! My upstairs had not been touched ! Or my attic or the many things listed as what this program is sposta do has not been done and I’m cold ! With kids ! Been waitin 2 !!!!! Years
This program is trash ! And Linda is one of the meanest short ist temper boss rude women I have had to deal with! She does not know about my home and try to send the young guy to get me to sign off on all the work ! No I’m not satisfied! No it’s not complete the electrician gave me a 14000 estimate to do my wires then ur guys spray foamed them and now it’s 24000!!! I’m kinda goin need u to give me the 10000 or fix the wires ur team fired ! I now have no power upstairs in my home ! My children are the6 generations to live here this home has always been in my family and ur team simply is in trained and clearly low grade workers ! As I was told 1 guy has already got fired from workin on the job ! Being drunk at my home !!! I would like a call on when this can be fixed ! No joke !

Micah was prompt, thorough, friendly, and patient. We appreciated the above-and-beyond style of customer service provided. A few days after the inspection, we called Micah to ask him some more questions. He was such a professional and really took time to explain everything to us.

Amerispec of Music City does a very thorough inspection. I am the type of person that picks a house apart to check for any problems. I found a few problems but they were able to find other problems I missed and the only way they identified those was through a very detailed inspection. Thank you for making me feel confident that all the problems that needed to be addressed with the new home we are hoping to purchase. I would highly recommend this company.
