Trevor Fleming was exceptional. Knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator, clear, encouraged and responsive to questions, friendly, well equipped to show us details based on the photos he took, and timely. We were impressed he scrambled throughout the nasty crawl space to take photos and observe all areas. His report was very informative and thorough with the addition of photos and videos effectively supporting his comments when pointing out his observations.
It was very detailed.
Blair took the time to explain and was very resourceful!

We liked the thoroughness of the inspection and the patience of our inspector as he pointed out things to our buyer. We like our buyer to be there for the entire inspection if they can and some inspectors don't have patience with that. Our buyers were very pleased.

I would have liked the inspection to state the age of the appliances (look at the manufacturing date on the appliance). Three glass windows in main room had moisture in them and water droplets showing a leak. The owner did show it to us however, would have been good to have it in the inspection report as well. I undertsand the $339 charge however, in my view this report is not worth the charge.
Also, it would be nice if the inspector and seller do not have a prior professional relationship.
