You're a competent inspector but I was disapointed that you didn;t know what that tubing and piping was under the back stairs.

You couldn't done better ensuring the task that you were suppose to do would be done promptly , when problems arise you could have contacted my realtor to make the inspection got done sooner . I'm not very pleased with your company & not sure I would use you again .
