Our inspector toured the house with us and taught us everything we needed to know about our home. Very thorough and informative. Well worth the expense.
They were very through. The report was extensive and very detailed. The report was helpful during the negotiation process.
I have requested David Furry for my home inspections many times now. My go-to. He has a process that is comfortable, informative and makes clients feel taken care of. He makes the clients feel as though they can ask him anything, never a dumb question, and he is thorough in his explanations of why and how and when.
I, and all of my clients, take comfort in his inspections and he is an absolute joy to be around for a few hours. His knowledge of the area's history is also incredibly helpful for those who are new to a Town and want a little bit of insight into their new home's location.
