Punctual, Professional and Patient
The inspe tor David was great very well informed kind and made my client feel comfortable. This is the second time I had him for an inspection and love his work
The inspector was fantastic and in the past, as a Real Estate Agent, I always recommended Amerispec. However, now I find that in order to protect themselves all the issues are simply 'a specialist should be called in'. This just scares my clients and provides no help at all as to the severity of the issues in the home.
Until this is changed, I will no longer recommend Amerispec.....

Ryan was great ... He seemed a little rush at the end so I would allow more time for the assessment...
We had Aiden from AmeriSpec come and do a retrofit home inspection as we wanted to upgrade our windows & doors. Aiden was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He worked around our busy household and did so quickly without disrupting our day to day activities. The results were emailed the same day and were very well detailed. 100% recommend for any of your inspection needs!
