Dave was great! He took his time in completing the inspection of the entire house, both interior and exterior. He then walked me through the house identifying areas that he deemed important. Finally, he went over his written list of items that would be included in the inspection report.
I appreciated his willingness to explain everything and his patience in answering all of my questions.

Our inspector (Jeff Hien) arrive to our home in a timely manner, completed the inspection in a timely fashion, and was very professional throughout the entire inspection process. He was very informative, walked us through each step that needed to be fixed and how it should be fixed, as well as sent us all the information that he documented that needed to be fixed.
Mike was great! He made the entire process seamless and had an eye for detail. I’m really amazed at the level of professionalism and customer service.
Window count was wrong on the report - there are 16 windows, including skylights. Not 14 as counted.
insulation levels on main floor also not correct on the report - older portion of the house has r-8batts in exterior wall, it shows all main floor with nominal r value of 25. That is not correct. Only the rear addition would have an insulation value of that.
Insulation levels for the ceiling is not correct nor is the areas reflecting that portion of the house.
It states 6 windows with no low-e. There is actually 10.
End of the day, not very accurate evaluation of the house.
Super informative. Both Henry and Fred were very patient in explaining about the process, types of programs available and differences of program and what to expect.
Service was Great Steve was very personable, neat and processed the report for the Greener Homes Loan very quickly.
The only down side was the cost of both steps.
