As my friend for over 15 years David has always been wise, witty and as dependable as a sunrise.
As my home inspector, and with over 10 years of experience, I knew he was the one to call. I didn’t know how involved and immersive home inspections were, so I was excited to see David in his natural element. Spoiler: he didn’t disappoint. He was more like a hero-cape optional. He was thorough, knowledgeable and supportive. His professionalism and ability to explain everything in a way that a first-time home buyer can grasp, is second only to himself ;).
I would recommend this experience to anyone.
