We have been trying to reach our salesperson and he does not return our calls. We had an appointment on 5/17/22 at 11:30 am he did not show up and did not call. I would think that you would want our business or anyone else's, but obviously your companies' employees don't care.

So far, my only experience has been with Glenn STRUNC, who came to my home to give an estimate. He was very kind and patient with me. He gave me good information and good suggestions. Following estimates from other company representatives, I plan to use your company for the work that I need.

Too expensive

We are having problems with AA county and not doing anything until this is solved. The person you sent out was very good and we liked her presentation CD.

Mike was very personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the details to which he spoke. I have one more quote to get after today (I have one today), and then I will pick someone. Give me about 2-3 weeks.

The quote given was almost 3x the amount of another contractor.

Mike was nice; however, the price of $6,884.15 was 3x higher than the other 3 estimates.

Working with Howard was an easy and pleasant experience, but the prices quoted were significantly higher than competitors (by over $2500). We will be going with another company.

I was informed that you could not perform the work I requested. Instead of giving me a quote on repairs to my siding, you wanted to replace the siding. I have chosen another company who has completed my repairs.

Your prices was extremely to high , was looking to do repair work. The price iwas quoted is like doing a whole new deck. I know the price of the composite boards , and screws. Bad business trying to charge sky high prices. Would not refer you'll company.

So far I like that your rep was on time and he explained how the job would go.

No comment, was promised a gift card for my review and never ever received it!! Privacy fence got the review not the company that was not honest about reward/incentive!

The pricing for the simple projects that I have are completely outrageous. I would never use Beltway Builders, for any of my projects nor would I ever recommend Beltway Builders to anyone that I know who needs work done.

Took over a week to get an updated estimate. When I finally got it, it was over $3000 more than the estimate from three months prior for the same work. I asked if that was a mistake and never received a response.

You service rep failed to knock on the door for our scheduled meeting. We played phone tag back and forth with messages left to call back after the meeting had been confirmed.

I already felt pressured from my situation the gentleman that came just put more pressure on us from his conversation I was not happy

I just got a estimate; I haven’t used any of your products yet. The cost of the estimate was high; and I need to sack away some more money for the Roofing Project.
