I thought your representative, Tony, was very knowledgeable on all home improvement questions I asked. I hope to work with your Company in the near future if everything works out. I am fairly new to Maryland so I have never hired you or anyone else for painting.

No. I simply found someone to come more quickly at a lower estimate price. I only needed 1 1/4 hours work and seemed to need to book 3 hours to get your services.

Waiting on a date to do the work
Your communication needs work. I had to reach out several times to get the estimate sent to me. When I got it, it did not include all the work we discussed. You sent an email to see if I wanted to move forward and I declined. Yet you sent several more emails asking the same thing. It feels like you do not communicate with each other very well.

Joshua Donaldson e validated my sliding glass door and referred me to a glass company to replace one pane He said he could not ethically sell me a new door when all I needed was a new glass pane.

Brick Mason work needs to be done inside and outside of my home. Project manager came out one day and said that he wanted his brick Mason to come out and take a look. They both came out the next day. Great service and currently waiting on an estimate.
I was very pleased with the communication and follow-up to our introduction to your services. Matt was very thorough in his estimate for inside and exterior painting, and I certainly would utilize or recommend your services in the future.
