After I thought the job was completed the work crew took all the wood after I instructed the person that gave me the estimate that I wanted them to leave it. When my wife informed the crew, they said they put it on their truck and it’s too late. I had to call back to ask about the wood and why didn’t they finish. They came back and finished the tree removal. Three days later the office called me saying I owed them $200. I told her we paid what they told us at the completion of the job. I told her as far as I’m concerned it’s a wash since my wood was stolen and it’s worth more than $200. I haven’t hear back from Beltway Builders since.

Scheduler answered the phone with an attitude. Told me I had the wrong date assigned with a different estimator. Not worth the aggravation

The initial quote was too high. I tried to get clarification on the quote but did not receive a reply.
Very slow to prepare for the quoting efforts needed for my repairs. It’s been over a month

Never received their offer, cost, etc. or call to do the work. This tells me that they are very irresponsible.
The initial contact to make the onsite consultation was friendly and without pressure. The sales representative who visited my home was engaging and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained their products services in a manner that was easy to understand.
I did review the website of the Better Business Bureau before making a call to this company and was pleased with what I read online.

Prices 3 to 4 times higher
28 week lead time+ is absolutely horrific when ALL of your competitors are 6-8 weeks

The price was too high (1,200) was a bit high
Our sales individual was prompt and friendly. He was able to get an estimate back to us by the end of day. We have used Woodland Windows and Doors in the past, we are familiar with the quality installation and service. Excited to continue doing business with them.

The gentleman was nice, but you don't come with enough information about remodeling. You have materials to choose from, no design ideas. Your prices are too expensive
Your charges are extremely expensive.
No I wanted to roof over my deck and the gentleman that came out said that it wouldn't work on my deck because it would make the roof on the inside of the deck too low. So I can't get the deck roof put on.
Also the gentleman gave me an estimate to power wash my deck send it and paint it for $4,000. Are you crazy that's a lot of money .
At this time beltway builders Incorporated and I will not be doing business. I appreciate your time and giving me a free estimate.
