Matt came out and took the time to answer all of my questions. There was no force or pushy salesmanship. He gave me the facts and answered my questions.

Our sales representative Phil was very punctual. Phil was also extremely polite and knowledgeable about Woodland’s products. Overall, it was a great experience.

The price quoted for the work to be done was entirely too high. We will consider reaching out to your company at the beginning of any future projects. You present yourself as a quality contractor.

$1,200 to secure two small pieces of aluminum siding is ridiculous. I’d take my 69 year old body on that roof before I’d pay that amount of money for such a small job.
Price was $ 2200 lower with other provider using ProVia Aspect Windows and ProVia steel doors. Better fit for my budget.

First name removed showed up for an hour and a half quote and left 15 minutes later telling me he had an urgent job that required his attention. He asked if I would like to have another project manager come out to quote the other jobs I was interested in. I have not heard from him or the company since other than emails asking me about the quote he did in a hurry.
No longer interested. You fail to provide what I requested, an estate for the total cost
of building the concrete porch and the roof that will cover it. The $3000 upfront cost for securing a permit should be included in that total estimate cost.
He is very engaged person wonderful being great man who goes xtramile in helping people. He was very instrumental in the help he offered

I received a proposal for $1200, did the job myself for $35.00
This is the 2nd time I have had your company come to give me an estimate for work to my home. Both estimates were so high I could not consider them. I had other bids and all were thousands under yours. I just want a deck power washed a painted. The house is large but I’m not a millionaire. And the estimator inquired about my investments like silver etc. none of his business and I knew right there I would never consider your company. I feel like you are taking advantage. This house could be a good advertisement for this job because it’s on a beautiful piece of property. In this economy and your prices I don’t know how you stay in business! Respectfully, Name removed

Timelyness and follow up
Men came over and assessed, but I never received my quote. Called weeks later, still never received the quote.
Although te work hasn't started yet, so far, I am extremely pleased with Howard's inter action. he has kept me in th eloop as to where we are with the status of our job. More to follow.
We had Jeff Fortuna sell as a patio door, picture window and double hung window back in 1995. How amazing as we just had him give us a new quote for a replacement patio door. Having a salesman still with a company after all those years speaks well of the company and how it treats its employees. And, the quote given was over $1000 less than a competitor. Quality is of installation in 1995 was fabulous. We are now replacing our aluminum siding and thought a new door would be a good idea. Glad to have Woodland and Jeff back.

Matt Christopher has been patient and helpful. So far, arranging this project for my 83 yo mom couldn’t have gone smoother. If the work is as good as the customer care, I will certainly consider Beltway Builders for future projects at my home.
